Hi
For the past several months I've been working on a book about using
traditional Kung Fu for fitness. This is not a belt program book. It's a
conditioning book. It's called . . .
Shaolin Fitness Secrets
Hardcore Training Secrets of the Ancient Chinese Monks
Gets You Lean, Strong, Fast and Focused with "Old School" Conditioning
Exercises Straight Out of Kung Fu History
Like I said, this book took me months to research and write. It's
compilation of all my favorite drills I've learned over the years. It
includes things I picked up on my trip to China, things I learned in Chao
Chi Liu's "backroom" Kung Fu school in Washington, D.C.'s Chinatown, and
material I've learned at camps and seminars.
The book finally arrived from the printers and it looks great.
There are dozens of photos to guarantee you train right, and I had the book
coil bound so you can lay it flat while you workout. Follow the program in
this book and watch as your body burns fat, your tone, balance and
flexibility improve, and you get a grip like a stone mason. Your stamina
will triple, as will your mental focus.
There are solo exercises, partner exercises, and drills using some
ingenious, old time equipment you can put together yourself.
The book also includes a diet, speed hitting tips, Qi Gong, and mental
discipline methods. There is also a sample routine that shows you exactly
how to set up a personalized program, and a guide to getting on a fast track
to combat fitness.
That's all for now.
Train like you mean it,
